Asked by Paul Hobbs. I am trying to install Citrix Receiver 4. I previously had 4. Now when I try to install version 4. I have searched high and low for ways to fix this issue. Nothing has fixed the problem. I tried using Process Monitor to see if I could figure out what registry key or file was causing the installation to fail, but I couldn't find anything although, I admit I have not used Process Monitor before so I may have used it incorrectly.

I have checked the files and folders for the default user profile as well. I made sure that hidden files and folders, as well as protected operating system files were all visible.
